On the scale of 1 to 5 stars, This place is a solid 10! Tricia at Sunflower Cremation restored my faith in humanity. Starting with the first first conversation, she respectfully guided our family through the entire cremation process with dignity and class. When we encountered inconvenient delays obtaining doctor signatures for the death certificate, again, Tricia selflessly stepped in to advocate on our behalf, and facilitated a solution to the fiasco. On top of that, she recommended the perfect clergy for my mother's ceremony. I would highly recommend Sunflower Cremation to anyone with the unfortunate need to cremate a loved one.

Tricia was quite honestly, amazing. She was so personable and also always available during this difficult time of our lives. Our mom died last month and Tricia was so wonderful helping us make the whole process easy, without problems. The fees are, compared to other cremation companies, quite less than most. When anyone has to deal with death of a family member, the last thing you would want is having anything other than ease and comfort from the company, and that’s exactly how Tricia handled it. Tricia Segura at Sunflower Cremations was exceptional as a guide thru the process of handling my brother when he passed in Vitas Hospice this month. She took great care in the process, phone calls to ensure me that all was taken care of, how to gather info, announce the passing, notify the necessary channels, and sent me his ashes beautifully presented for travel as I had hoped. When my mother passed away last month, I sat next to her and had no idea what to do since I had never handled making arrangements for anyone. I started calling crematoriums from a list that the hospital gave me. After calling about 5 or 6 I was still lost, everyone I spoke with was so dry and non-caring and they could not give me answers right away. Thankfully, the name of Sunflower Cremations jumped out at me and I called them. From the moment Trisha, the Funeral Director said hello over the phone I immediately felt the empathy in her voice. Trisha was very gentle with me and walked me through exactly what I needed to do. She was exceedingly kind and compassionate and her professionalism was exemplary. One of the things that I appreciated most about her was that she explained everything so clearly that it helped me make the right decisions for my mother. Trisha's packages had no hidden charges and she did not let me spend more than I needed to. She made a very difficult and sad process seamless, and she held my hand the whole way. I cant give Tricia at Sunflower Cremation enough stars for the compassion, sensitivity and loves that she gives to families during these difficult times. She genuinely cares and works to give the best to the families that she works with. I've worked with Tricia on two occasions, one was my dad, and the other was a very close family friend both of who left us too soon.
